Abstract

Drug Related Problems (DRPs) merupakan kondisi yang terkait dengan terapi obat yang benar-benar atau berpotensi mengganggu hasil klinis kesehatan yang diinginkan. Menurut WHO lebih dari 50% peresepan obat dapat menimbulkan masalah terutama pengobatan yang tidak rasional dan tidak terkontrol kejadian DRPs paling banyak ialah interaksi obat 36,98%, kepatuhan 29,69%, obat tidak tepat 8,33%, dosis terlalu rendah 7,81%, terapi obat yang tidak diperlukan 7,29%. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kejadian Drug Related Problems (DRPs) terhadap pengobatan pasien COVID-19 di RSUD Bumiayu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan SPSS Statistics 16. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara retrospektif karena informasi sebelumnya diambil dari rekam medis pasien. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu 80 pasien, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposif sampling dengan melihat subjek sesuai kriteria inklusi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat uji t. Hasil analisis dengan uji t memberikan hasil nilai sig. 0,738>0,05 maka Ho diterima yang artinya Drug Related Problems (DRPs) tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengobatan pasien COVID-19 di RSUD Bumiayu. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian tidak terdapat pengaruh Drug Related Problems (DRPs) terhadap pengobatan pasien COVID-19 di RSUD Bumiayu.
