Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to analyze how the learning English in reading aloud method for special needs student. The study employes aqualitative research and the technique of analysis descriptive method. This is descriptive methodresearch to investigate a particular research problem. In this study, the writer chooses descriptive qualitative method because the purpose of this study isrelated to children with special needs Slow learner followed by the difficulties faced by children with Slow Learner special needs, namely reading, writing, and counting.The analyzed data are presented based on the process of learning.The writer finds that the group under average on 16% includes the students disability especially deaf students. Based on third observations, it is found the teacher difficult to teach the students. From the observations, the teacher must use the method to process the learning learning, which third observations, the reseacher finds the solution to teach students with sepecial needs: the correct method, media, and creativity by the teacher are the way to solve the problem faced by the teacher.
